Description:	A leading Real Estate/Gaming Group is looking for a Credit Analyst to provide a wide range of banking services to our clients. The Credit Analyst assists our Structured Finance and Coverage officers in all aspects of new business development, monitoring and maintenance of existing portfolio. The Credit Analyst will be expected to assist in the preparation of client and prospect marketing presentations, prepare loan structuring and term sheets, prepare pre-clearance memos, and assist with the preparation of written credit applications including financial projection model and sensitivity analysis as well as loan modification requests. Other responsibilities include assisting in the review of legal documentation, loan closing due diligence, and where applicable, loan syndication. The Credit Analyst will be expected to attend marketing calls and prepare product pitches as well as assist in maintaining on-going client relationships. They will also be expected to monitor covenant compliance, prepare annual reviews and other internal monitoring requirements, and work on special projects/presentations as needed.
Requirements:	The successful candidate will have solid quantitative skills including proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis, strong verbal and written communication skills, a B.S. or B.A. degree with prior work experience as a credit analyst, and knowledge of the Gaming and Lodging industries, with a particular emphasis on Gaming. We also require proficiency in Excel and Word (PowerPoint also desirable). Bank credit training or MBA a plus
