A leading International Bank’s Lodging and Gaming Group is seeking a Credit Analyst. This person will be responsible for providing a wide range of banking services to our clients including new business development and monitoring and maintenance of existing portfolios.
Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of client and prospect marketing presentations, loan structuring and term sheets, pre-clearance memos, preparation of written credit applications including financial projection model and sensitivity analysis, loan modification requests, assisting in review of legal documentation, loan closing due diligence, and where applicable, loan syndication. The candidate will also be responsible for attending marketing calls and product pitches and assisting in maintaining on-going client relationships, monitoring covenant compliance, preparing annual reviews and other internal monitoring requirements, and Working on special projects/presentations as needed. |
| Requirements: |
Solid quantitative skills including proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis, Strong verbal and written communication skills, B.S. or B.A. degree with prior work experience as a credit analyst; knowledge of the Gaming and Lodging industries, with a particular emphasis on Gaming, Proficiency in Excel and Word (PowerPoint also desirable), Bank credit training or MBA a plus. |
