A mid-sized international bank. is seeking a Credit Analyst.
Responsibilities will include evaluating new transactions (including energy and utilities, project finance, leveraged loans and asset-based lending) from a credit perspective, performing written annual and quarterly credit analysis for a diverse portfolio of structured loans, heavy cash flow modeling and sensitivity analysis for all portfolio credits, and monitoring portfolios with a “proactive” approach to credit developments. Additional tasks will include assisting in the monthly preparation of credit status reports for management, preparing internal rating sheets and credit spreads, conducting internal and external audit reports as needed, and attending external bank and company presentations. |
| Requirements: |
This position requires a Minimum BA/BS in a business related discipline. (MBA/CFA is a plus) We require a minimum of 3+ years of structured loans experience(corporate, leveraged, energy, project finance, asset-based lending), as well as
strong analytical skills with an ability to formulate an independent credit “view”. |
