Worldwide communications industry leader is seeking a sharp payroll professional for their team. The Essential duties and responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst will be to oversee the workflow control analysis and reporting related to payroll tax. You will also be expected to ensure tax liabilities are paid within the due dates, manage and review processing of expatriate payroll, including special allowances, hypothetical tax deductions. Other responsibilities include interacting with vendors, agencies and departments regarding tax related issues, advising management on filing changes and adjustments. The payroll analyst will also be expected to fully administer the year end process and w2 analysis reconciliation, reconcile tax data, resolve tax notices assist with audits and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
BA in Accting. Storn interpersonla skills and troubleshooting abilities. Must be able to think and act independently within deadlines. Strong organizational skills. ability to work well under pressure.
