Description:	International Bank seeks an AVP to be responsible for the expanding OTC derivatives dealer FOCUS report filings (credit risk exposure, market risk, capital charges, balance sheet and income statement) along with daily net capital calculations. Liaise with Operations, Legal, Treasury, Product Control, Accounting, Risk Management, Front Office, and New Business etc. Due to the nature of the growing business, new products and lines of business are being explored that require familiarity with the SEC rules.
Requirements:	Candidate should have a B.S. in Accounting or Finance. 5 years in public accounting/industry related experience. Knowledge of SEC regulations and industry practices. Derivative product knowledge a plus, FOCUS exp. required. Series 27.
