VP for Structured Products Group with Corporate Credit.
Responsibilities include: Credit review and analysis of the wide variety of new ABCP and MTN programs in the market for which our client is asked to be a dealer. Review and negotiation of program documents with other dealers, attorneys and issuers. Conduct initial and annual due diligence reviews as appropriate. Review individual asset-backed transactions proposed for inclusion in the ABCP/MTN vehicle as the circumstances warrant.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years experience in structured finance covering a wide variety of asset classes, preferably with experience in the ABCP/MTN programs.
